Sometimes something comes along that distrupts an industry for good and forever. Cell phones did it, Uber did it, AI is about to do it. But somehow the end users of exercise (that's us the sweaters!), still have the smallest voice in the room, and are still being coerced into long-term and limited exercise contracts / agreements. Accordingly, Flexercise is on a mission to remodel the South African exercise industry based on the freedom and flexibility our bodies love!

In 2012, two sweaters (like us) in Berlin, Germany, decided to do distrupt their exercise industry by asking users to contract with them (Urban Sports Club (USC)), instead of with the gyms themselves. The benefit for the user would be 1 contract for any exercise venue USC partnered with. Well, from humble beginnings, 10 years later they had a contracted base of 300,000 users, and 10,000 partner venues! This then is our inspiration for our slightly adapted model, which substitutes user contracts with a pay-as-you-exercise (Flexebucks) mechanism. Our hope then, is that time will tell a different story in the South African exercise industry... Halala Flexercise, halala!
